I'm reading your chapters as they go up. I like the idea of Natalie having Daniel's number and playing with his head, however, in real life you should really just cut all ties and save what's left of your sanity. But it would be nice to see Daniel get his -- though I do not understand why Natalie believes he has a Rolex, since he lies about everything else.
When I began writing my book, Entangled, I wasn't aware of sociopaths. It wasn't until the last few chapters that I discovered the book, The Sociopath Next Door. This book helped me to realize what happened to me. For the prior three years, I had gone with the assumption that love was the problem. He didn't love me! What was wrong with me? How could I make him love me again? Recently, I found a great video from the Sociopath Next Door on Youtube which explains how a Sociopath operates. Understanding is a major part of healing and I hope this video helps you as much as it did me.
